The 8 adjustable dividers enable you to vary the room sizes and proportions to your liking, in all the flexibility of its 13 rooms impressive hall and stairways give tremendous scope for the imaginative miniaturist.

COMES COMPLETE with this very grand feature basement, which includes elegant flight of steps, 1 either side which lead to the front double entrance doors. Inside there are 3 rooms one division is fixed and the other is adjustable.
