Exton Dolls House and Basement

Exton House is a late Victorian/early Edwardian house with ground floor bays. It is a spacious house with dog-leg stairs to give even more character.

It is a spacious house with dog leg stairs to give even more character. The basement adds three more rooms and outside space the bays follow down into the basement. The front of the basement is hinged for ease of opening. Steps go down from the pavement into the basement.

The basement is an attractive addition to your Exton house.

Inside there are three storys including the attic.

Overall size : 26 " High x 30 1/2" Wide x 18" Deep. Inside 6 rooms   8 1/8" High x 11" Wide x 15 3/8" Deep. The hallway and landings are 5 3/4" wide with dog leg stairs between each floor.
