Overall size : 26 " High x 30 1/2" Wide x 18" Deep. Inside 6 rooms   8 1/8" High x 11" Wide x 15 3/8" Deep. The hallway and landings are 5 3/4" wide with dog leg stairs between each floor.

The house is supplied flat packed with straightforward assembly instructions. Ready to assemble : precision cut and shaped in mdf, comes with full instructions

All the structural panels have grooved channels for an accurate and rigid construction.

The detail on the morcott is fantastic.

It comes unpainted, and does not include any cladding, paint or internal fittings.
