Prices
The prices displayed on our site are correct at the time of display. However we reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice. When we have accepted an order we will not change the price that applies to that order.

ARE THE ITEMS YOU SELL BRAND NEW ?
YES, All the items we sell are brand new as supplied from the manufacturer.
PAYMENT TERMS ?
If you wish to make a payment via paypal, your paypal account must have a confirmed address.
If your paypal account has an unconfirmed adddress, you will need to telephone paypal 08707307191 and they will happily confirm address details for you.
WHAT IS A CONFIRMED ADDRESS ?
A confirmed address is the address at which the buyer receives their credit card statements.
We only despatch goods to the address registered with Paypal (for paypal payments) or your credit/debit card (for credit/debit card payments). Goods will only be dispatched upon payment of cleared funds.
IS THERE ANY OTHER PAYMENT METHOD ?
YES, i can accept a cheque, postal order, or bankers draft .
I can also accept all major credit card /visa payments via telephone.
POSTAGE COSTS

POSTAGE DIFFERS FOR ANY PARCELS SENT OUTSIDE OF THE UK MAINLAND
ZONE 1. England, Wales and parts of scotland, excluding the highlands and islands.
ZONE 2: THE HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS OF SCOTLAND, postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49,PA60-78, PHI7-26,PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
ZONE 3 : Northern island, isle of man, and isles of scilly. BT, IM, TR21-25
Therefore any parcels sent to zone 2 or zone 3, POSTAGE WILL BE £15.00, and therefore cannot gaurantee either 24 or 48 deliveries to these zones will arrive on time.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED ?
Depending on method of payment, parcels are usually sent out same day or very next working day. I use either 24 hour or 48 hour delivery service in the UK MAINLAND.
I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
CAN I COLLECT ?
This is a mail order website only, no collections from premises, as stock will arrive direct from suppliers

REFUND POLICY
We want you to enjoy our products as much as we do, which is why i offer a no quibble refund policy. If you want to return any product for any reason you can do so within 7 days and we will provide a full refund of the cost of the item.

Products must be returned in new condition as shipped form the manufacturer, all i ask if you to obtain a certificate of postage (free from any post office).

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If any goods received, are damaged, please contact me within 7 days from the day you received the goods.
Products must be returned in new condition as shipped from the manufacturer.
Products returned in other than above condition will not be exchanged.
For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive replacement within 5-10 calendar days from the date we receive the merchandise.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages or claims
We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.
