Customers Obligations By placing your order you confirm that you agree to use your correct name, address and date of birth and to supply any other details reasonably requested.
The prices displayed on our site are correct at the time of display. However we reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice. When we have accepted an order we will not change the price that applies to that order.
PAYMENT TERMS :
I will happily accept paypal payments from verified users and confirmed addresses only.
If your paypal account has an unconfirmed adddress, you will need to telephone paypal and they will happily confirm address details for you.
WHAT IS A CONFIRMED ADDRESS ?
A confirmed address is the address at which the buyer receives their credit card statements.
We only despatch goods to the address registered with Paypal (for paypal payments) or your credit/debit card (for credit/debit card payments). Goods will only be dispatched upon payment of cleared funds.
IS THERE ANY OTHER PAYMENT METHOD ?
YES, i can accept a cheque, postal order
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED ?
Depending on method of payment, parcels are usually sent out same day or very next working day. I use either 24 hour or 48 hour delivery service in the UK MAINLAND.
CAN I COLLECT ?
This is a mail order website only, therefore i cannot accept collections from premises.
DELIVERY OF PARCELS OVERSEAS ?
Sorry we are unable to take orders from overseas
England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3.
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.
Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.
We do not deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

We aim to dispatch your goods within one working day of receiving cleared payment. This item will require a signature upon delivery. Please provide us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to accept the parcel and a telephone number in case the courier needs to contact you.
We want you to enjoy our products as much as we do,
If you are not happy with your item. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it (please don’t forget to include your details with the returned item) and obtain proof of postage from the post office and we will issue you with a full refund.
The goods should be returned within 14 days and must be returned in new & unused condition in original packaging as shipped from the supplier. We offer an unconditional refund if you are unhappy with your purchase - or simply change your mind. Let us know within 7 working days of receipt if you wish to return an item. No return will be accepted without a returns number, so please email for a returns number ! We will give a full refund of the purchase price , (this excludes any P+P costs).
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10%
